In this workshop session we will start with a DIY project; decorate a heart shaped ornament with botanicals, glitter, love & lock in its powers with your favorite essential oil blend. We will acknowledge some key benefits of herbs that will heal, protect and uplift the Heart from the inside-out; through the journey of tea blending with herbs such as Rose, Cinnamon, Hawthorn + many more. Affirmations will be written, if you do not know how to start, your host will certainly teach you. This heart felt session will end with writing a love letter to yourself and sealing it with a kiss. Please be open to healing your heart & sharing what you are comfortable with, with your workshop mates.

For ages the aromatic Rosemary has been credited for having positive effects on the mind & body. Learn how to replenish, nourish & keep a clear mind using Rosemary w/ its many beneficial properties. Blend your own potions for taste, touch or smell using its magic. Sip aromatic refreshers while you create your bath salt- foot & body soak, using healing minerals, essential oils & dried botanicals. This informative & mind defogging workshop session will end with a chakra balancing breathing exercise.
